Storage limits (Quota)
It is critical to monitor your disk space usage in the opening page of the control panel. Disk space is a reflection of how much memory your files are using, including email, website and database files.
To protect all users on the server, if you exceed your quota you will not be able to modify any files or receive any email. This is to protect against server memory overload.
You should regularly check your disk space usage by logging into the cPanel and look at the “Disk Space Usage” on the left.
